Avanafil- This is a new PDE-5 inhibitor approved by the FDA in 2012 and by EMEA in 2013. Stendra and Spedra are ED pills containing Avanafil. It has a rapid onset of action as compared to other ED medications. It has fast absorption and reaches a maximum concentration in about 30 to 45 minutes. It is available in doses of 50mg, 100mg, and 200mg. Avanafil containing ED pills are available as pale, yellow-colored, oval-shaped pills. As compared to Sildenafil and Vardenafil it is more selective for PDE-5 enzyme.
