Pubococcygeus (PC) muscle Exercise

Your ejaculatory reflex starts in the urethra and consists of a series of involuntary contractions that force the sperm out of the seminal vesicle and out of the penis. This reflex is controlled by the Pubococcygeus (PC) muscle.
