If you want to burn off that fat belly and KEEP it off, then you must naturally skyrocket your metabolism to the maximum peak. The best ways for doing this is switching your calories around (known as shifting), adding spices to your foods, eating more frequently, drinking green tea, drinking apple cider vinegar, high intensity workouts, and drinking a lot of water.
