Not just meat, you need fruits and vegetables to get all kind of nutrients. A plenty of minerals and vitamins are present in veggies and fruits. Fruits especially berries are rich sources of antioxidants which are helpful in maintaining better erection health.

You can have repeated erection over the period of five to six hours. This time span varies from person to person. These medicines come up with a set of side effects as well.
