Life is full of ups and down, upgrades and degrades, increase and decrease, happiness and disappointments, rising and downfalls etc.

Negative outcomes, disappointments, are not meant to bring us down but created to teach us that we can't sit just in one place and expect our lives to progress, Bro Gboyega Adedeji wrote in his book Life Development Handbook and i quote "you must move out of your comfort zone in order to achieve and be outstanding". you have to always see the positive in negative things and never let the negative outcomes bring you down. Believe in yourself that you can do more and go beyond your limitation, then you will become outstanding in all your ways.

Sister Omolara Adedeji wrote in her book Battle of Destination and i quote " if you do not stand for something, you will fall for anything", so hold your stand and keep it in mind that every limitation is a motivation to push on if you believe in yourself that you can go further.
